About the Author
 Susan Jane Smith has over 20 years’ experience as a psychotherapist. She is bi-continental having an American father and British mother. While born in the US, she grew up in Lydney, Gloucestershire, England. Her professional education comes mainly from the U.S.A. where she was studying for her master’s degree in community psychology when her father died and she returned to England with her mother. Sue was a divorce mediator for five years with the Family Mediators Association and she was also a professional practice consultant for the U.K. College of Family Mediation.
