A. Look for the download link on your PC monitor after your purchase is complete. You can also find the download link in your email receipt.
Q. I purchased an ebook from you last week and I can't download the ebook now. Could you please help me?
A. Of course, there is a 48 hours window for you to download your ebook after purchase. If you missed that window, we will email you the ebook as an attachment. We will look up you order but could you please confirm the title of your ebook purchase?
Q. My ebook came with some bonus gifts. I can't seem to access my bonus gifts. I used ID and password provided, can you help me?
A. Try "copying and pasting" the ID and password into the log in fields. The log-in fields are case sensitive. Usually, the wrong letter case is the problem when this happens.
Q. I would like to print the ebook I purchased from you today but I am unable to. I was able to print the last ebook I purchased from you. Could you please help me?
A. Thanks for writing us. The authors or their publishers set the security setting for their ebooks. Many ebooks in our catalog are printable but some are not. We will contact this author/publisher to see if they are willing to permit you to print this particular ebook. If so, we will resend you the ebook as an email attachment.
Q. I downloaded the ebook but I can't find my ebook on my PC. What should I do?
A. Try the download link in your receipt again using the instructions below.
If you don't succeed, email us a note (with your order number and ebook title) and we'll resend the ebook ASAP as an email attachment. You probably downloaded the ebook to your PC but did not notice what folder ebook was stored in… but do not worry. We will help you once we read your email.
Q. How do I save the email attachment of the ebook to my PC?
A. To access and save an ebook attachment to your PC...
1) Right click on ebook icon/attachment. Select "Save Target As..." off menu, so ebook is saved on your PC in a folder.
2) Note the folder you save the ebook in – so you can easily locate and access it later.
3) Open the ebook now or view later.
4) Please honor the "honor system" and do not pass on this email or attachment.
5) Kindly confirm receipt of this email and the ebook attachment so we know this has been resolved.
