A silence can occur when a loved one has died or is dying. It is the silence of unexpressed feelings. This grief book is intended to help the reader break through that silence and move towards healing.
Expressions of Love, Remembering a Life a grief book about love and living life to the fullest.
What Linda Pendleton and Dr. Fred Bader refer to as the “divine traits of love,” are vehicles for giving love; vehicles such as kindness, joy, forgiveness, compassion, patience, generosity, and encouragement. This grief book shows practical ways to identify loving traits, to express them, and to then share them.
“This grief book brings into focus beautiful memories of loving times, in the past, and in the present.” ~ Linda Pendleton
Expressing Love, Remembering a Life encourages and inspires emotional healing by guiding readers to allow love to flow freely. Love is everything. Throughout life, love is the energy source of all that matters. The more we love, the better we feel about ourselves and those around us. Life becomes richer.
Internationally renowned psychiatrist and thanatologist, Dr. Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, in her extensive death and dying studies and teachings, always reminded us that the clearing up of “unfinished business” not only makes the dying process more peaceful for the patient, but also affects the grief healing process for those left behind.
With expressions of love, come enduring memories of precious moments with loved ones. You are invited to begin this healing journey now.
